Mobile Outdoor Bootcamp

All Terrain Fitness is a mobile private and group personal training service. Fitness programs tailored to your goals, for any fitness level, from novice and beginner to professional competitive athletes. We strive to provide the highest quality training in the comfort of your own home or outdoors at your desired location.

Private Workouts

We help people maximize their hard work and dedication with one-on-one, goal-oriented fitness coaching and customized personal training plans.

Everyone deserves a training plan that’s customized for their needs and goals and will help them go beyond what they imagined was possible.This is more than a great workout. EXOS certified ATF personal training programs are about providing the one-on-one attention people deserve so they can achieve what matters most to them. Our coaches create customized personal training plans that draw upon our methodology and help people succeed.

We want to help people achieve their goals, regardless of what they might be. With this in mind, our performance coaches seek to understand each person’s unique needs, provide personalized attention, and offer support along the way.

The design of each one-on-one training session is based on an initial consultation and previous sessions. EXOS trained ATF performance coaches will adjust plans when needed, whether it means scaling back because of injury, ramping up because a goal has been surpassed, or providing additional motivation when it’s needed most.

Individual, private personal training sessions. Benefit from the focus of multiple one on one session. Move at your own pace with workouts tailored to your specific goal. Take more time to understand, have more control over proper form while gaining autonomy. Gain better understanding of proper movement, anatomical position during each exercise. Learn how to increase flexibility and mobility through techniques such as active release, trigger point release and self-Mayo fascial release. Learn how to implement healthier choices in nutrition and supplementation, which play key roles in success in achieving health and fitness goals.

Partner Workouts

This is more than a great workout. ATF personal training programs are about providing the attention people deserve so they can achieve what matters most to them. Our coaches create customized partner training plans that draw upon our methodology and help people succeed.

Group and Family Fitness

Did you know that group exercise is one of the most effective ways to get fit, lose weight, build a better body and sustain a healthy lifestyle?

The benefits of group exercise:

  10. It’s fun! How can it not be? You are listening to great music in a group of people while releasing feel good endorphins – we think of it like a little mini party.

Pre and Postnatal Fitness
